Refund Policy

At Covent Foods and Spices Limited, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@coventfoods.com with your order details and supporting evidence (such as photos).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods, opened packages, and products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Where applicable, replacements may be offered instead of refunds.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective goods).
5. Disputes
Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 24 hours of delivery at sales@coventfoods.com. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
